BALI GAMES RENTALS
RULES OF THE GAME
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
50% deposit due no later than 7 days following order; balance
payment due 14 days prior to event. Any orders within 14 days
of event must be paid in full at time of order.
Quotation validity: 2 weeks from stated quote date
Late payments result in forfeiture of booking/funds.
Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.
Cancellation fees: 50% after confirmation, 75% if less than 2
weeks, 100% if less than 7 days.
Rescheduling requires a request at least 7 days in advance,
subject to availability.
2. RENTAL PERIOD/USAGE
Rental duration as per contract; extra time incurs charges.
Games must be used correctly and handled carefully.
Client ensures a suitable venue for setup.
Bali Games Rentals may refuse rental if conditions are
unsuitable.
3. DELIVERY, SETUP, COLLECTION
Delivery and setup by our team at scheduled time.
Clients must provide venue access and necessary
permissions.
Delays in access may lead to additional charges.
Games must be ready for collection at agreed time; late
returns may incur fees.
4. DAMAGE, LOSS, LIABILITY
Client responsible for damage, loss, or theft during rental.
Repair or replacement costs for damages assessed.
Bali Games Rentals not liable for injuries or damages from
game use.
Client agrees to indemnify Bali Games Rentals against related
claims.
Damage Deposit: Up to 50% of the total rental amount
collected prior; full refund if no damage within 24 hours postinspection. Charges for damage/loss notified post-inspection
