RULES OF THE GAME
5. WEATHER POLICY
In the case of bad weather, outdoor rentals must be protected
or moved to a sheltered location.
If the client cancels due to weather conditions, standard
cancellation terms apply.
Rescheduling due to weather is subject to availability and at
the discretion of Bali Games Rentals.
FORCE MAJEUR (ie: flood, earthquake, fire, wind, etc) causing any
damage or loss of items during rental period, will be charged to
client and/or event organizer within 24 hours following return of
items to warehouse and will deducted from damage waiver within
48 hours of event.
6. CUSTOMIZED RENTALS
Customized games featuring logos, monograms, or designs
must be confirmed at least 30 days before the event.
Once customization is approved, changes cannot be made,
and all payments are non-refundable.
7. ATTENDANTS / ON SITE ASSISTANCE
Game attendants can be provided via packages or upon
request..
Attendants are responsible for game setup and facilitation but
not for supervising guests.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal
proceedings in Bali. By confirming a booking with Bali Games
Rentals, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms
and conditions.
